    Alibaug life threatning experience II

    Return Journey from Murud Janjira

It was almost 4 pm at that time. And I was aware that it could be dangerous to drive that whole way down without my specs. I asked Sanjay to hurry up coz sun was getting down and my tension was rizing

We started our way back to Alibaug from Janjira... I was sure that it will be dark till we reach our hotel. And journey begins with faith on god and willpower. In the whole journey I was remembering my God and my parents. I told Sanjay to lead my bike so that I can follow easily. But it was not practical; sometimes Sanju rides so fast that I couldn't manage to catch him. I was riding on my Hero Honda CD100, 1990 Model and that too with improper front tire. Till the sun was on the sky I was confident to ride even though visibility was low for me.

To addition to our tension......Pintu started crying coz she had a bad leg-cramps. She was getting terrified and was unable to sustain that pain.

We stop for a while at nearby petrol pump and started our journey again. Mile and mile I was keeping tracks of the sight seeings.

I remember we have not yet reach to that famous beach at Murud. Road was so awful, all the way long I was careful not to skid the bike on the khadi (small stones to use in construction of roads). I use to get scare if I see oil or khadi on the road. But this time god has given me so much tight exam that I overcome my fear.

And the sun went down. It was dark on the road now without lights. Luckily enough that was full moon night, So moon was there to help me out.

I told Madhavi to guide me on the road. She was humble to help and realised soon what we are into. She kept telling me about each and every details of the road. Now we were actually driving together as I was half blind and riding on her instructions. Today I thank god that I am alive to write all this things. But that time it was complete instinct and will-power that was inside me.

We were steadily going on the curvy and sloppy roads. Sanjay was too far to catch him as he was riding fast coz Pintu was in pain.

Here Madhavi kept me giving confidence and showing me a path. She was keen on saying the vehicles coming from behind or front. Each and every vehicle she noticed she used to tell me instantly.

It was mad mad mad driving of my life. It was extremly life threatning experience.

After 1-2 hours we manage to come nearby the city. City was till too far. And I use to manage riding in the lights of other cars.

Next day there was a Datt Jayanti, so luckily vehicles were kept coming to the way. It would have been more frightning if we both find ourselves alone in that whole jungle area. While going day light also there wasnt much of a traffic or peoples around. It was lonely place.

In between Madhavi asked me stop the bike for nature call but I screamed on her and got panic. I couldn't stop my bike for her. Poor girl sit as it is. I was sorry for that but what could I have been done more at that situation.

When we saw the over bridge on the river I remembered we are now near to temple area from where we had started the journey.

After some time Pintu got so panic that Sanju had to stop his bike, He got down checking Pintu. She was crying like hell out of pain.

We stopped at the nearby medical store and then put bandage on her leg. I gave her pain killer. We were about to send madhavi and pintu to hotel in the rickshaw, but then it was also risky at night. So we started our journey again towards city.

When I saw the city light again, I thank god for saving our life. I blast on Sanju for not co-operating in such bad moment. I told how frightned we were and how dependable at that moment. But Madhavi's and mine willpower and god's grace we completed this journey.

It is hard to forget this experience. We were back from possible death to life once again.

I believe in God and his mercy whole heartedly. His divine power had shown me the path. He believes god is with us. He was there when I needed the most.

Next morning we ride back to Revas and then back to home sweet home.

    Adventure was over!!!
